1. Services Offered

Late 9 Plug provides promotional services including but not limited to:

  • Instagram video promotion

  • Custom AMV music video creation and promotion

  • Playlist placement across partner accounts and curators

These services are designed to increase visibility, engagement, and streaming potential for music artists.

2. Delivery & Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround time is 3–10 business days after all required materials (music links, visuals, instructions) have been received, unless mentioned differently.
Rush delivery is available upon request and may include an additional fee.

3. Content Requirements

We reserve the right to decline promotion of content that includes hate speech, graphic violence, illegal activity, or anything that violates community guidelines on our platforms or our partners’ platforms. We also may decline any promotion that doesn’t meet our quality standard.

If content is rejected for these reasons, a full refund will be issued.

4. Refund Policy – 15-Day Guarantee

We stand behind the effectiveness of our services. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day-money-back guarantee (Up to 80% refunded) from the date of delivery - within 5 to 10 days.

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must submit your request in writing within 15 days of service completion.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal opinion or aesthetic preference unless the deliverables were not completed as described.

Late 9 Plug reserves the right to assess refund claims on a case-by-case basis.

5. No Guaranteed Results

While we promote to real, organic audiences, we cannot guarantee a specific number of plays, followers, or engagement metrics. Outcomes depend on many factors including the quality of your content, market trends, and audience interest. But rest assured that you will have real people discovering your music.

6. Use of Content

By submitting content to us, you grant Late 9 Plug the right to use it for promotion across our platforms and affiliates, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

7. Changes & Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
