Late9Plug is not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, algorithm changes, account restrictions, content removals, or independent decisions made by those parties.

6. Payments
Payment is required before campaign activation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Applicable pricing and taxes are displayed at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property
The Late9Plug name, branding, website design, graphics, systems, original written content, and other proprietary materials may not be reproduced, resold, or commercially exploited without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
