Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Late9Plug aims to provide every customer with the campaign deliverables they purchase.

MATCHED. PLACED. OR REFUNDED.

Where a Late9Plug campaign expressly includes a specific number of confirmed placements, we will work to fulfil those placements through suitable campaign partners. If an agreed placement cannot ultimately be delivered and we cannot provide a reasonable replacement, you will receive a refund for the value attributable to the unfulfilled portion.

1. Before Campaign Activation
If Late9Plug determines before work begins that we cannot accept or fulfil your campaign, you will normally receive a full refund. Customers may also request cancellation before campaign work begins.

2. After Campaign Activation
Once campaign planning, partner outreach, content preparation, placement coordination, or other material work has started, a full refund may no longer be available. Any approved refund may take into account work already completed and costs already committed.

3. Partner Replacements
If a publication, creator, curator, influencer, or other partner declines or becomes unavailable, Late9Plug may provide another appropriate partner. A refund is generally due only when the contracted deliverable cannot ultimately be fulfilled or reasonably replaced.

4. Completed Deliverables
Completed placements are not refundable simply because of dissatisfaction with streams, views, engagement, followers, sales, audience response, or other performance results.

5. Spotify Campaigns
Spotify-related fees cover the promotional services described in the purchased campaign. Streams, saves, followers, playlist performance, and other audience results are not guaranteed.

6. Duplicate Charges
Verified accidental duplicate payments or billing errors will be refunded or corrected.

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the applicable bank or payment provider.

8. Requesting a Refund
Contact info@late9plug.com and include your name, order number, campaign name, and reason for your request. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
